Office Admin / Practice Manager
Oodles Therapy is looking to build our efficiency through the recruitment of an office admin or practice manager based at our clinic in Katherine.
The role
-
Managing incoming communications (e.g. emails, phone calls)

Supporting staff with non-clinical admin tasks (e.g. service agreements)
-
Purchasing and management of resources

Potential for community engagement/project development work if relevant to experience

A gradual increase of caseload, working up to a full caseload across the whole new-grad year

The role

Implement individual therapy programs under the support and guidance of qualified clinicians

Support clinicians to develop resources and implement group therapy programs

Highly accessible team of clinicians for frequent and ongoing support, mentoring and upskilling

Potential for outreach

Support for upskilling (e.g. Cert 3/4 in AHA or studying an allied health degree)
